Great pub in front of the Earls Court tube station. I went there with my family for dinner and we had great experience. We came to visit London from Toronto and we asked at the hotel for a place to have dinner and he recommended us this pub . The place was great and very relaxing especially upstairs area was amazing. Food was great and we enjoyed the evening. The waitress was very attentive and polite she even recommended us what drink goes well with the food we ordered. For sure I will recommend this place. yet another pub advertised on BITE as possessing pool tables but doesn't have any- we found out to our cost when we went the other week. coconuts27 - 25 Feb 2014 13:36 |
Opposite Earls Court tube (High Street side) a perfectly reasonable traditional pub with perhaps a little too modern a refurb but comfortable and I can confirm they DO now have a good ale selection. Would use again. Richard_ReadingFC - 28 Jul 2013 09:26 |
Was probably a good pub in days gone by, but was today a frankly appalling experience. No ales on whatsoever-only lager. Waited twenty minutes to be served to no avail. During this fruitless wait, looked along the bar and observed bar staff fingering the contents of sandwiches to discover what they were. One of the bar staff seemed not to know how to open a bottle of wine and spent at least ten minutes trying to do so. A boorish, suited, loud and arrogant crowd in here, some of whom seem to think they own the place. Zero stars. strangetorpor - 24 Apr 2013 17:26 |
