| From the outside appears to be an expensive restaurant and pub, too exclusive to relax over a pint, but the restaurant is separated from the bar, and one can sit in comfy armchairs by the roaring winter fire, or outside on the patio overlooking the peaceful garden. They serve at least 2 or 3 real ales, usually Adnams and then something from various breweries around the country. They also serve real cider. And I have never seen such a choice of Belgian ales outside London (or Belgium!). And the lager is Pilsner Urquell, a bit different to the run of the mill stuff in most pubs.
