Solid rough boozer.

This is a no nonsense cider house where people come to get drunk.

Always some right dodgy characters in here but at least it is real.

There is a charming brutal honesty about the place, if you want to see real people then you must go here!

An unglamorous place completed untouched by any modernization. Didnt feel entirely comfortable here.
On the plus side the pub they have a jukebox which can play every hit since 1952.
A man came in with a carrier bag of meat which quickly found some buyers. Um

For real cider fundamentalists, last chance likely lads and walking dead only, for whom there should rightly be a place to go. It fulfills that role admirably. Normals, it's probably not for you.

Amazed that this place still exists with the fire house and oddfellows that are real ale havens so close. Think it must be run as an "add on" to the family home than a business.4/10

Never been in here, and the collection of inbred-looking aggressive drunks milling outside at all hours of the day mean I am never likely to.
