Is now a mediterranean restaurant called Hattush.

No ale on tap but the bottles of Efes draught are excellent

Now the stone bar .....I can still distill beertastingmonkeys comments - the stonebar is a friggin lifeless space , cold and souless. It resembles a doctors waiting room - white walls throughout, cheap chintzy + chavvy light fittings . Ooh yeh and the crappy flatscreen with rubbish music videos.

i am not racist but if you are white you arent welcomed by the general clientele - we had to leave after 20 mins. We were the only white punters there and had the 'what are you doing here' vibe !

went to tapastry over the road - much better. Cant see this place lasting too llong - apparently dead sunday to thusrday and only busy with very specific client base fri and sat. BIt of a waste really for area.

hopefully will close down and re open as something more suitable for locals. I guess its the 'last man standing' only as it has the latest license !

great place for any night of the week. a really relaxing atmosphere on weekdays, perfect for a drink or meal after work. and gets really lively on the weekends with great music and open till 2am!i recommend to all.

Reading the last ill considered comment there were actually two other bars in the area (Red Room and Casa Tequilla)which have both closed down - I would say that these people do know what they are doing as they seem to be busy enough and appear to be the last man standing! We love this bar (not pub) - it's the best for miles.

Hopeless layout - literally nowhere to plonk yourself early on if not eating. Think standing in narrow hallway outside loo at a party. Space all wrong, which tends to spoil the place. Has potential though; just a shame it seems to be owned or run by someone who doesn't really know what they are doing in this department.
