| I remember when the Hogshead opened up (six years ago?) and there was an excellent selection of beer most of which was served straight from the barrel. The pub was always busy and there was a great atmosphere. What went wrong? There is now no decent beer on tap; the pub isn't busy and the atmosphere is terrible. Don't people who work in and manage pubs realise that they are part of the service industry. If people don't get the service they expect they will move elsewhere.
