| Great location, a short walk away from the noise of the town centre. Nice little garden out the back. Only 3 beers on tap but they�re all good, more spirits than you can shake a stick at, extensive cocktail list, 2 for 1�s, live music nights, comedy nights, loads of stuff. Knowledgeable staff. What more could you want? My new favourite bar. Oh, and did I mention the lovelies behind the bar? Without a doubt the gorgeousest barstaff for miles around. | They do cocktails and they seem to do them bloody well. That's why there's no Fosters. I think it's great. I had my birthday party here and it was a brilliant night. They looked after us really well. The food was delicous. Some people don't seem to get it - well this site does have 'beer' in the title I suppose. mistymisty - 18 Aug 2008 19:14 |
| It's OK I guess. We went there for our Checkouts Christmas party. The drinks were good (a tiny bit pricey though) and the barkeeper's juggling was entertaining. The atmosphere is friendly but the music was a bit too loud and our buffet was served on large plates and placed in the seating area so you couldn't really see what you were eating and you had to lean over people to get it.
