| Cosy, welcoming pub which is very popular with walkers. Food was well above average overall but my roast beef wasn't anything better than standard. Cask ales were Butty Bach, Ludlow Gold, Salopian Oracle, Station Porter, Hobsons Best and Bass - I tried pints of the last two and both were in excellent condition (may well struggle to get a better pint all year). paul_d102 - 23 Jan 2017 08:43 |

| Superb pub. 5 real ales on 2 of which were local breweries. Six of us ate and we all had excellent meals. It's cosy and the staff are brilliant.
