This Wetherspoons has been broken into twice - since the coronavirus lockdown, just over a couple of weeks ago. Metal sheeting has been applied to the outside of the closed outlet - which JDW confirms has no stock or cash, on the premises. tradervic - 9 Apr 2020 20:38 |
Didn't find the lukewarm breakfast that good at all this morning but, hey ho, what can you expect for a fiver.... paul_d102 - 8 May 2016 21:11 |
4 decent ales on the handles including Abbot and Ruddles. Quiet when we went in on an early Thursday morning, breakfast was very good and staff were most helpful. The application for this Wetherspoons was the subject of much local criticism because it was next to the church, but a local petition of support helped to ensure that it got planning permission. Well laid out with pictures of bygone days on the walls. Understand it gets busy at lunchtime and evenings. Definitely worth a revisit Feed - 19 Feb 2015 15:07 |
