| The main room is sparse indeed having previously enjoyed something of the air of a theme pub and this is a wise move as the main event is the music in a decent sized back room. The owners do a good job with this and Darren Hayman and Bonnie Prince Billy count among recent visitors while local Oxford fans such as the superb Dallas Don't have been known to play. | Went in last night not having been there since it was an Irish pub, my how it has changed. Still perfectly reasonable boozer with adverts for a number of live music events so that goes in it's favour. No real beer, that I saw but the Guiness was good. Friendly manager.
