| Quiet, friendly country pub in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside. Nice home cooked food but definitely a proper pub rather than anything gastro. Ales on offer were from Greene King but don't let that put you off. Seems like a free house with no other GK corporate branding thank God. The choices when I visited were Ruddles, Golden Hen and a summer special the name of which I don't recall. The Ruddles was in good nick. Well worth your support if you're in the area.
