| Better inside than the grim brick exterior would suggest. This is mainly down to the staff who are affable, attentive and assiduous. Two of the Wells stable - Bombardier and Eagle - on tap. Chain-type menu but with a bit more imagination than that suggests - my wife particularly liked her pea and mint risotto and my board wasn't bad. Elsewhere it was the usual chain scenario of screaming posters advertising deals and invitations to join 'our family'.
