| A classy, Best Western Hotel that seems to dominate Boroughbridge on a couple of approaches. I stayed with family in October 2016, primarily because of the lovely area and the bonus of a Health club, with swimming pool, sauna etc… It also has a nice public bar, hence this review... Two Black sheep ales on offer, Export and Bitter, along with Rudgate Viking (from York, so nice and local - 3.8%). Our room was in the newer part of the building, but the Hotel feels timeless in the older parts with lots of oak panneling. The public bar is also like this...
