| The Horse & Jockey is a corner Marstons pub with two rooms and a conservatory at the rear. I sat in the quiet room at the front. Ales were all from the Marstons group - Jennings Cocker Hoop, Marstons Old Empire, Thwaites Wainwright & Banks's Bitter. I quite enjoyed my Cheese & Pickle roll.
