A tremendous open space for non-handlers tufnellparka - 19 Sep 2013 22:33 |
This crap bar is long gone ,it's now a restaurant called Pizza West seems to get more people. mr.toes.5_ - 20 Feb 2013 23:32 |
And now it has opened up in its reincarnation as a pizza restaurant. Funnily enough they serve Camden Town lager with their pizzas but don't have it there walk a few metres up the road to the Southampton Arms for not only a regular lager by Camden Town but ten cask ales and eight ciders. No, don't cross the road. Walk straight up. lad_newton - 9 Oct 2012 23:35 |
This appalling piece of crap is thankfully now closed and gutted , it is due to reopen as a pizza place . mr.toes.5_ - 22 Aug 2012 14:50 |
Visited the pub several times and enjoyed the experience. That is until the night of Wed 14th Dec.I went to the bar for another drink but was told it was too late.I looked at the clock behind the bar and it said just 22.40! So I asked why it was they were shutting 20 mins before 11pm and the barmaid said it was to give us drinking up time! I pointed out that the drinking up time comes AFTER 11pm for,I believe, ten minutes. But she wouldn't budge and was neither apologetic or sympathetic and this is the week before Xmas, too. I would think twice before returning there again. Is that your policy to shut when it suits? I doubt it. It's a shame because it put a damper on my evening and that of several friends. westerly - 16 Dec 2011 13:47 |
