| Now, an excellent establishment selling good beers, wine - and top class Thai food. Also showing Sky Sports live - and the friendly staff are well organised by Millie, the efficient and charasmatic bar manager. | Run by amateurs - and only making a living because it's the only opposition to the nearby Wetherspoons. The other town centre pubs - the Abbott and the Eagle - have closed. Service is slow, with untrained staff. Hygiene standards are suspect, and prices are dramatically higher than The Sun - which is open 4 hours earlier, at 8am. tradervic - 28 May 2018 17:26 |
