| Adjacent to a GK pub and a 'spoons' so it's really a no-brainer for choice. Full range of Castle Rock beers plus guests and real cider. Opted for Japanese Essence of Thames Water (aka London Pride) which was in good nick. ellisref - 19 Apr 2019 12:21 |

| Overall the best pub in this part of Nottingham. Brilliant range of real ales plus very decent food. The pizzas or Caribbean chicken are recommended. They have a card scheme where you get a free pint with 8 stamps, so worth asking for the stamps if you are in a large group. It's hidden from view - it's up the drive to the right of the Wetherspoons. Only criticism is it is often very busy and the walls reflective of noise so not brilliant for quiet conversation. | In here last Saturday and what a supper pub this is. I almost missed it as it is part hidden behind Weatherspoons. Good number of punters in and service was fine too. 8 Hand pumps 4 for Castle Rock ales and 4 for the guests.
