user reviews of the Aviator, Sheerness

please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

Easy place to find just turn left out of the Station and a five minute walk will bring you here = on the right hand side after the traffic lights.
Very nice interior with plenty of seating and tables to be had.
It’s just after noon last Saturday and there are about a dozen others present.
Low piped music is playing and a large plasma screen is showing BBC News.
They have 4 hand pulls but one was blank. 1 each for Spitfire and Master Brew.
The other one was Whitstable Pale Ale.
I tried a pint of the Spitfire which was in good condition and cost £3.55.

Difficult place to get too. Poor Quiz on a Monday with irritating quiz master. Bar staff can vary in quality

We turned up at The Aviator - named after the beginning of flight at Eastchurch - having cycled from Sheerness to Minster then Leysdown then back to Queenborough. This is a Sheps pub and the 'Late Red' I drank was immaculate. There were perhaps eight or nine other customers at 5pm and we found the pub very clean and bright. A pub people drive to rather than a local.
