| My husband, daughter and I visited this lovely old pub on a Sunday afternoon for a smashing roast dinner. They were very busy, but attentive to our needs. Although our first visit, we were made to feel like locals by the hard working young couple Andy and Lyn who run the pub. Their daughter even played with my daughter while they worked. | Visitied Thursday evening with a few mates, we had a very good pint of Ringwood Fortyniner (4.9%) as well as locally brewed (North Warnborough) Andwell King John at 4.2%. | Inn adjacent to Winchfield Station - a commuter railway station in the middle of nowhere! Great pub, with well kept ales, excellent food and a very broad menu - including excellent vegetarian selection.
