The staff were really friendly and efficient, my Ringwood 49 was in very good condition. Didn't try anything from the menu but other customers food looked most acceptable. Seemed to be a good place to stop over on a trip

A really good pub: the beer was good and the food (at lunchtime) was very good too. Prices were reasonable, not cheap but not extortionate. This will be a place for me to re-visit. Recommended. 8/10

If you are looking for a cosy little inn (in what seems to us city folk, like the middle of nowhere) then this is your place!

My boyfriend and I stayed here at the weekend and I have to say that although it may not be to everyones taste, we thought it was absolutely wonderful.

The staff were friendly and polite, the food was very nice, the room was lovely and clean - and not attached to the pub.

We didn't feel intruded on like you do in most restaurants, it was candlelit and cosy and exactly what we wanted - after a long day at the safari park!

Been here few times. Good real ale selection available, as well as excellent food. The food prices are medium, but deals are available at off-peak times. Dedicated restaurant area at far end, but meals can be eaten in the bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Recommended.
