An absolutely awful couple of hours spent in here. I followed my friends here as celebrating a birthday so had little choice but to go in. A thug of a doorman threw a young man of 19 against a door as he was in the way when a scuffle broke out. I really wish I had read the reviews first before going here. I will never visit this disgusting place again. The young man was in a lot of pain. NEVER AGAIN! Vile man.

Sticky carpet, dirty looking glasses and the drinks were definitely watered down.
Argued with the manager (apparently her name is Deborah) who insisted that the drinks came straight from an optic.
That I didn't disagree with, but how much water was actually in the cheap vodka was another matter.

Avoid like the plague if you want to have a good time with no fighting, because it seemed like the place to go for a brawl.

Not a nice place, wouldn't suggest anyone went there unless you were really, truly desperate!

Well its been a long time since I came to the Casbah, but oh my fanny its changed alot, I would not go there again, its as if you look at someone the wrong way then you might get stabbed and your money nicked......

this is not a pub but a place for the young to get drunk to at the weekends listening to cheesy music

I see the art of fine literature is not dead.
The place may well be a "hole" but if this is the best you can do you're better off leaving it to adults.
As it happens I can't stand the place either because it tends to be full of teenagers. The general policy of the place is not what I want in a pub (or bar) i.e. cheap drinks, loud music & young clientelle with bad attitude. They don't want me, I don't want them and never the twain.
