| A basic no frills pub. Reasonable selection of beers and lagers, and a couple of cask ales. Friendly manageress and staff. A working man's pub. Don't go there if you're looking for anything fancy. Locally it's called "the bluelugs". Apparently local workers used to use blue chalk to mark wood. When not using the chalk they stuck it behind their ears. They thus ended up with "bluelugs."
