Smart and popular pub off the beaten track a little (a Sainsburys opposite and on the 200 bus route which goes back through Wimbledon to Raynes Park) .Two ales on including Tribute for 4.00 a pint, but specialises more in bottled beers. Table tennis and petanque are advertised; petanque (or boules) may be an odd choice but in many ways it is an ideal pub game and used to be played at the lamented Newt and Ferret in Kingston. The new name "The Garden Shed" makes me wonder if it should diversify into a submarine habitat but apart from that it was ok.

This pub has been taken over and is now called "The Garden Shed."

Well looked after beer including some lovely ales, a decent range of wine, great home made pizza, friendly staff, fast service, nice decor, comfy seats. Brilliant!

Oh dear. Frightening. Fairly empty for a Saturday night, but those there were not the sort of people you would want to indulge in small talk with. No ale, just Whitbread keg. Decent enough conservatory though with pool table, but decor straight from the Transvaal

All I can say is WOW!!! This Pub has transformed into something great!!! Since the new owners has taken over this Pub I can go there and have a fab time. Great and friendly service. The picture is still old but the facelift makes it look like a "A" list pub. I am also so happy to see the carpet has been removed. Well done!!!!
