| Pretty awful bar not too far from the Gants Hill tube station. I`m sure I remember people raving about this pub. But it`s gone downhill, presumably since it re-opened. The bar is fairly small and has multiple TVs showing sport. A pool table takes up a fair amount of room. 2 real ales from Mighty Oak were on - the Maldon Gold was undrinkable and the Burntwood Bitter was not much better. Not sure if the guy standing next to our table was a bouncer or not. He certainly looked like was and appeared to be enjoying his lager.
