Used to walk past this pub when in Weymouth as it looked a bit localish. It is in a way but there's nothing intimidating and the welcome from the Landlady on a horrible wet day was very bright. Only seem to do Ringwood ales but were well kept. Recomend

In the heart of Weymouth town but relatively hidden in a side street a couple/few blocks back from the sea front.
A nice "traditional" pub.
Got a good welcome (Sat 13 Aug 2011) and had a really great pint of Ringwood 49'er.
Maybe it was because I had just walked the costal path from Osmington Mills... Or maybe it was because of the perfect first pint... But I just had to have another. I did!!

Good pub, if a little quiet. Landlord very welcoming and beer kept well.

Decent enough central Weymouth pub. Friendly welcome (and goodbye), and decent beer. Slightly dead for a Saturday night, and the prospect of live music didn't appear to be drawing people in, probably reflecting it's back-alley location.

Clean pub. A good resource in the centre of the town.
