| I need to tell the truth about this establishment. Everyone should take the opportunity to visit before it becomes impossible to get a seat. This pub is known locally and world wide for its impecable hospitality, superb beers and outstanding atmospere. We especially enjoyed the company of the mysterious gentleman in the white raincoat and trilby who was enjoying his cigar in the rear garden. Well done Stags Head. | This pub, well if you can call it so, its disgusting to say the least! my husband and i went in for a couple of drinks, the landlady, at the end of the bar, well i never, she was blind drunk, slurring her abusive slang at the staff. Dirty seating, dirty walls, dirt just about in every nook you could find. Venture into the ladies if you dare, i started heaving! took a quick look in the other bar, mainly young guys and a few older looking drug dealers. tried to drink up as quick as i arrived, but the fat drunk lady kept butting in to everything my husband and i were talking about, i take my hat of to the staff who have to put up with this awful woman.
