This pub was shut on 17th Feb 2006. Not boarded up, no closure notices, just shut.

This place is a glorified creche. If you never went to CVMS, don't go there on a friday night, you won't know anyone. As for the other 6 days of the week, don't go there, you won't know anyone because there's no-one there.

the barmaid is actually a barman so it seems mr beeronaut was the drunk and not the landlord...i use this watering hole every thursday and some weekends for the last three years and have never found it hostile mr beeronaut should stick to wine bars sipping 1 glass of wine every 2 hours,,wake up man get a life ...pubs are where real men go for a beer.
