Beautiful Greene King Pub - former coaching house.

Wouldn't choose to drink here - Black Sheep in average condition - a house branded beer (probably IPA) and one other, not noticed. Stuffed into a Speckled Hen pint glass.

Food and service are faultless - if not at the expensive end of the scale. Sunday lunch was superb.

Look a decent menu, but didn't feel entirely comfortable as a pub.

With only Greene King beers, it is never going to attract drinkers, who will seek out better and more interesting ales.

Still I'd happily sit here and have one on a trip around Stow.

More of an eating place rather than a pub but they're quite happy letting you just drink if you can find somewhere to sit, it's not the biggest of venues.
The food is really good and the beer range, whilst limited, is kept well and tasty.

Didn't eat in here but almost wished we had.. lovely pub decor, simple and clean, well laid out. Decent beer - Abbot and green king IPA, good wine selection, friendly staff... nice location.. would go back.
