Popped in for a drink after visiting the brewery shop next door (Brewery visits need to be booked). As expected, all of Woodforde's products were on offer, in good condition and available as tasting trays in smaller glasses. The barman was well-trained and knew all about what he was selling. Didn't try the food as we were there early. A well-presented showcase for Woodforde's.

Tourist trap with little local custom. Expensive food, and beer; quality can be highly variable, considering its location.

I've been here a couple of times of late and the food has been great on both occasions, with the quality and choice of beer better still. The staff are always very good and friendly. Even though the pub has been quite full on both occasions, you don't feel like you're on top of other people. My only - and usual - gripe with a set-up like this is that the beers are on the dear side despite coming from just next door. Having said that, do pop in the visitor centre and buy yourself a bottle (or several) of their Norfolk Nips to take home and enjoy on a cold night in front of the fire.

What can you say? Its the Woodfordes tap, all the beers are on, the gardens are beautiful, the food is excellent, visit it now! Probably the best pub for miles around.
