| Paid a second visit before Matlock v Luton football match. Busy with football fans and locals alike. Still seems friendly and successful. Had a very nice Wychwood seasonal ale on and the Batemans seemed popular as well. Didn't see anyone eating, so not sure if they still do food. | Refurbished a year ago by new landlord who managed to smarten up a fairly dingy place without feeling the need to up prices or alienate customers from the nearby estate.
