| It's over thirty years since I was last in the Napier. It is still a rock pub and better appointed than I remember it! Friendly welcome and efficient service. Three cask ales on my visit: Robinson's Trooper, Robinson's Robohop and Wychwood Hobgoblin Gold. The Robohop was excellent - and only £2.50 a pint! Being a rock pub it was quite noisy even on a Tuesday afternoon - juke box and pinball machine. Nonetheless, well worth a visit. 9/10. wobblybob - 18 Jul 2017 22:47 |
