| Really pleasantly positioned pub, with immaculate beer as you'd hope from a GBG entry, even though the range was not very special. | Visited this Pub late last year, 2006, on a Friday evening arrived about 8:45 x four of us, the place was full, Broad mix of clientele Young and Old, all very friendly made a real effort to let us to the bar find somewhere to drink etc. Barmaid very jolly, The beer (Chas. Wells Bombardier, Cask) very good, Decor fresh, country pub, Seemed the sort of Pub that would be good to have as a local, the food Menu sounded interesting and reasonably priced but was not sampled.
