Good Beer guide entry 2018.

Looks ancient but not too much like a pub from the outside.

Noted for its food, rather than drinking.

An average Jumping Jack Flash from North Cotswold Brewery.

Renovated and re-opened. Ales have travelled 8 miles from Purity Brewing (although there is also Doom Bar) and the cider 5 miles from Hogan's.

An Elizabethan country pub that is now closed and for sale at 395K. The similarly-ancient Broom Hall Inn is in the same village (but not listed on BITE).

Great lunch stop. Food yummy and plenty of it. Visited in october 2007 with a pre-booked party of 18, they catered for us with no problem. Dropped in on them a month later with a party of 12 - no problem again. Beer good, staff friendly, food delicious.

A very impressive building with a lovely feel to it. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Beers were rather too main stream and could have been more imaginative.
