| booked a table for seven to have a carvery in november. we were rushed through the meal because they were running late and needed the table for someone else. we were expected to sit eat in half an hour.there is no facilty for push chairs told to leave it outside.if you visit with a baby you will be treated like a leper.the staff were ok and under presure by the manager who seems to have a small chip on his shoulder and cant speak to customers or staff, unless your his friend or the blond assistant manager. i will not visit again would recomend the spread eagle in hereford instead, or travel up the road.manager should spend more time with customers and not just his assistant manageress bigtom - 8 Jan 2010 12:13 |
