Another failure to satisfy. No Roast Beef by 3pm on a Sunday! Couldn't do a mixed grill because they had run out of rump steak - until I suggested they use sirloin (doesn't take too many brain cells does it really?) steak then arrived un-edible, Complained to staff - no action, (eventually wrapped in napkin and took it home for dog who spat it out!)
Both meals arrived without advertised grilled toms, no apology just delivered two toms on cold plate and plonked on table. Meals were lukewarm as was the service. Yet another venue I shall not visit again.

Went for lunch today (Tuesday 1pm) with my husband and 2 week 6day old son and after sitting down was asked to leave (in front of other customers) as I had a baby with me. Think this is disgraceful.

Be very carefull when parking at this pub my daughter called in for a drink and a snack with some collegues after work and they have a funny way of generating a profit the put parking tickets on customers cars with messages saying they are not in the pub .....how they now that they are not in the pub without going in and asking the customers is obviously immpossible it is typical of this country with pubs employing rouge companies to generate money needless to say my daughter and her friends will not be going to this pub again

Not a very welcoming place. Packed with half-dressed wannabees on a Friday and Saturday and older men who seem to get off on the fact. Beer is nothing special, food is average and the bar staff all had looks on their faces as if they'd suffered bereavements. Won't be going back in a hurry.

Seems your ok in here if your in a club of some sort, Masons or buff's, that sort of thing,
Bit cliche, Not very friendly, Three guys Conversation at bar very iffy regarding what and where to buy cig's and mags from across the water, guess I shouldn't earwig but what the hell, we weren't made to feel welcome at any time on our visit.
Beer on expensive side and a bit warm, Cellar man needs some education.
Too mutch soace not enough costomers,
Cheering the bar staff up might help.
