user reviews of the Bucks Head, Little Wymondley

please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

It's odd how few reviews have been posted - perhaps everyone is trying to keep the place a secret! It's a small and friendly sort of place with a reasonable selection of beers. Food is good from the menu or the 'specials' board.

I've been using the place for years and I am still not convinced about the conservatory extension!

Just been taken over by new owners. Food excellent; Fresh fish night on Tuesdays; superb carvery Sundays. Still got the odd consevatory but trying to make it less conspicuous. Charity Quiz night Mondays. Getting better.

Had the odd spot of lunch here, they have a stange greenhouse conservatory type thing as the restaurant, which is just bolted onto the side of the place, really spoils the look of the pub which must be a few hundred years old, I am surprised they even got planning permission for the thing. Anyway, the food is ok.
