Called in here last week. Never bothered before but it featured on a CAMRA pub crawl.
I couldn't see what the fuss was about really. A bit of an amalgam of similar pubs in the area.
OK beer but that's about it.

Enjoyed a couple of pleasant pints of Bitter and Twisted lunchtime today. A better selection of real ales since my last visit.

Staff very attentive. Food OK.

Worth visiting for the splendid interior. However, the staff and atmosphere were rather cold and impersonal which fits in generally with my experiences of places with no real ale. Luckily I only had a half - of Bitter and Twisted - which gassily rather turned my stomach. It cost 1.80 which, at 3.60 a pint, was a record for me in this city and all the more remarkable in view of its modest strength. I'm obviously too old for this place. Luckily the Cafe Royal and Guildford Arms are just round the corner and provided a gastric recovery before my train home.

Oops! Ignore my last comment, it was meant for the Voodoo Rooms.
Tiles HAS several real ales, the last reviewer may have been fooled by them appearing, served by electric power mixed amongst the keg lagers. The interior is indeed beautiful. Today my Fyne Ales beer was excellent.

I agree with the last reviewer. A sumptuous interior and good service, a long bar notable by the absence of good beer though. Shame, as they managed it under the previous management.
