| The last few times I''ve been in Glasgow, I''ve stayed nearby the Snaffle Bit but hadn''t gone in. I remedied this finally during my last visit as I was staying right across the street. Well, you can''t stare at a pub all day and not go in! A real homey boozer with a friendly staff. Serves a nice pint of Belhaven. | The Snaffle Bit is akin to its neighbour the Park Bar. It commands a great affection amongst locals and visiting highlanders too. It has a large bar and lounge and would suit most tastes. Decent grub, good drink and friendly staff. anonymous - 13 Jan 2006 19:36 |
