Quite a beautiful pub... A flying visit but much enjoyed. Didn't have a beer, but thought whilst in Scotland, it would be a malt. Mappiman - 13 Aug 2019 12:41 |
Really nice pub - freindly staff who are quick to serve! Locals made us feel welcome and the food was brilliant! McEwan's 70 was the tipple of the weekend and at 2.20 a pop was a right touch!! Well defo be going back here in the near future!!! Rangers_Tel - 27 Oct 2010 15:38 |
And I though Deuchars IPA was cracking south of the border. This pub was decent enough, and felt more than a little local, but the Deuchars was sublime. I thought the ale travelled well but within its home city, it is even better and that ineffable taste is even more distinctive. AleKing - 15 Jan 2007 13:39 |
An extremely well kept bar: Shining leather and polished tables all over! The Orkney Dark Island was top notch too. Finn - 28 Oct 2005 19:13 |
