I really like this pub. Good beer friendly bar-staff and landlord and some great music.
Sadly, I can't afford to drink there as often as I would like to so often end up drinking somewhere cheaper

Should be the best pub in Swindon, quirky multi levelled, unspoilt and unchanging......except for the utterly ridiculous price of a pint there. 3.80 for a pint of guest ale, come the landlors of this pub is having a turkish, will never frequent it again.

I've been drinking in this pub on and off for 21 years now, it remains one, if not my favourite local pub, good range of local, regional and national ales, some fantastic live music, friendly bar staff, nice crowd of locals, tucked away behind the derelict old college building it's a bit off the beaten track but well worth seeking out, as an 18 year old goth I drank here, as a 39 year old father I continue to drink here, whether it's a quiet pint with friends or a lively evening's drinking, the Beehive delivers every time for me, Andy the landlord is a good guy and a music nut.

Terrible disco going on here when we visited. Beer was served far too cold and really expensive. 7.40 for two pints of ale - 3.70 a pint that's the most I've paid anywhere, including London. Used to be much better.

Cracking pub, shame about the miserable unfriendly ginger headed barmaid at lunchtime today, I don't mind paying 3.40 a pint for a 4.2% abv guest beer but when I put the empty glass back on the bar and say goodbye I do expect you to stop talking to your boyfriend and return the complement.
