Funky Brownz is a luxurious club, with a sexy bouncer on the door, very nice he is too.
Drinks are expensive, but if your getting in for free then I'm not really surprised to be honest.
This club boast luxury interior, clean toilets and bar area.
I'm a regular in Funky Brownz only because of one bouncer and nothing eles.

Now known as Funky Brownz and looking very upmarket. The drinks prices are hard to swallow, but I guess that ensures a different type of customer. Staff and management did not seem rude at all.

Mutley's Karaoke has started playing on Wednesdays from 9PM to midnight. I am guessing weekends involve a DJ churning out RnB - as is de rigeur these days!

A pricey venue, therefore a civilised venue.

Went in for a drink yesterday

The venue is very nice

BUT the staff are RUDE and need to learn some customer service. The bouncers at the door made snarky comments whilst the manager told his punters "cash is king". Constantly being moved from one area of th bar to another n were regularly being policed not to lean on the bar or sit in certain areas

The way the secuity staff were going on is as they work for MI5.. sorry love but not quiet

sorry Ash you need to fix the attitude of your staff and then you have a 10/10 right now your staff are too hostile

Used to go to the wishing well maybe 5 or 6 times a year and really liked it. Was a really authentic quirky pub. All the dusty old junk (bikes, barrows, signs etc) they had allover the place and the tree growing through the middle of the pub really added to the atmosphere.

I went there again to check it out after its renovation and, as I suspected, they've recked the place. We went on a Friday night for a quick drink before catching the train and it was painfully dead. We were the only people in there at 9pm.

There is neon and spot lights and LEDs everywhere, seats are now all white leather and music is crap RnB. To get to the point, it's awful.

They clearly didn't do any research as the location is no place for a "club". Sure this place will be closed in 6 months or less.

This place is now called Funky Brownz and it is a club that was empty on Monday evening, but still had a bouncer on the door.

One to avoid if your posing and dancing days have passed.
