please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

Went for a meal at the Duke of Wellington - the food was inedible and the service was really bad. The Landlady was so rude to us when we went to the bar to order our drinks. We used to come here a few years ago - cant believe how much it has gone down hill. We will not be returning!

New owners (Nov 09). Bringing live music occasionally to this lovely "proper" pub in a lovely setting. We are planning to bring a folk/ acoustic night there next year, probably on Wednesdays, watch this space!

Its a pub thats supports all the traditional british pub sports, darts , skittles , dominos , with good ale,
Good tap room and also a best side with good food.

Set in a good area with a nice size play area for the children.
