Since fresh and seasonal food is the best for flavour and quality we create dishes and change the menu as required so we can take advantage of the best available produce.

I've visited 3 times in the last week mainly because I have CAMRA's 20 of vouchers for use over the year.
Last sunday and monday were perfect visits. Plenty of space, excellent beer and a meal on monday with the wife. Really changed my mind about these places. UNTIL the punch up on thursday night. A drunken lout in his 20's (?) jumping over the tables to land his fist in his victims face. The bar staff were amazing - not hesitating to deal with this rather frightening situation - all over in a matter of seconds. Soon ejected and back to normal. The question arises - are they used to dealing with this? There were a good couple of hundred people in here that night which is why I avoid town pubs
like Weatherspoons. I will go back but it will be early in the week after work. Judgement reserved on this occasion
