| well below average pikey horrible boozer. I only went to see one of the bands that was playing & was greeted by a stench of dope round the back door from the gangs of intimidating youths staring. Shoddy interior, staff friendly enough but what they served was watery flat ale, landlord was an obnoxious unpleasent & frankly rude fat B*****d. i was planning on a taxi home but couldn't face more than two of those beers so left when a big fight kicked off.! Found out later the band (despite being really good) didnt get paid by said landlord & an almighty argument ensued..! NEVER agian -AVOID at all costs.! Oliver.w - 18 Oct 2012 14:03 |
| Good bar staff and great manager and his wife. Always friendly and always putting on live music or some sort of event. The clienete vary depending on what day it is but it is a friendly place and deserves to do well.
