We popped out here for lunch and had a very good experience here.
The drinks are the kind of prices that you would expect for the area and our lunches were very good indeed.
The manager seemed like a quite a switched on fella and we would happily return.

Woodbury is lucky in having has two pubs, three if you go by the post codes. Bars were knocked into one several years ago. Now quite a foody place, with the locals generally squeezed in by the dart board. Food selection and quality is good, but overpriced, compared with whats on offer across the road. Large back room for occasional music and parties.

Exceptional menu and great atmosphere. Staff are attentive and friendly. Always a great evening.

I'd rate it lower so that people don't go there and I get to keep it to myself. Best food in Devon and what a secret !

Unusual food such as Kangaroo, Thai lobster and Ostrich on the menu as well as all the favourites. Staff are great and my daughters keep going back there as they say the "barmen are dishy"

I know it's my local, but the atmosphere, staff and even the beer is great. Well worth a visit.
