| I came here yesterday, had a nice pint of IPA out of the handpump, thought the place had improved. Returned today to find an extremely rude barmaid who didn't even seem to know what a handpump was, and insisted I should drink chilled bitter. | I like it, it does what it says on the tin - just a place to meet mates and have a drink, no pretensions to be anything else. Beer is usually good and reasonably priced and the staff are always quick to serve you even though it can get busy on a Friday night. Hammo1978 - 20 Jun 2008 17:15 |
