Six handpumps, two rooms and a bit of a garden/patio. Lovely place proundly showing off its good beer guide awards over the last few years. I'd definitely go back.

We used to drive through Shifnal on the way to the cinema in Telford when I was a six-former and I really wish we'd found this place back then (19 years ago!).

One of my regular haunts in Shifnal and has the best beer selection in the town. Has 6 handpumps dispensing assorted Shropshire ales on 4 and guests from further afield on the other 2. Ive never had a bad pint in here and Ive been in quite a lot. Two rooms, both effectively lounges, both nicely decorated. Friendly staff and regulars, I always end up talking to someone at the bar in here. A must visit in Shifnal.

A bit dead, but the food was OK and the pint of Ludlow was most enjoyable. Worth dropping in if you're passing, but I'm not sure I'd come out here too often.
