Nice relaxing boozer with great tunes with long iintervals in-between tracks - only one ale on
when we were in there (Courage best) - the other lads drank Guinness. Some nice fit birds in there though...

I was there the same night as the previous commenter, was totally shocked by what happened. The barman flipped on these two girls and chucked a jug of water at them for leaving tissues on the table (think one of them had a nosebleed). shouting 'I hope you catch pneumonia' as they left. Not nice! Shame as good pub but have heard of other similar incidents with new bar staff.

You might be away from the Hoxton trendies but you're also risking getting verbally abused by the bar staff. We got totally set upon here and several people walked out at the way my friend and I were treated. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs.

Fantastic place. Brilliant staff. Patrick, the co-owner, is a really charming guy.
Excellent prices. Great fun on A sunday morning. One of the best, if not the best, pubs I have been in.

Have not been in the pub for a thousand years. Sunday mornings, flower market and nelson with their roast potatoes on the bar, with cockles and prawns and.......mmmmmmmmm
