| My husband and I went here for Sunday lunch today, the veg were nicely cooked and my husbands beef was very nice, my loin of pork was ok but it didn't taste like loin to me. The pudding was large although it was advertised as a sherry trifle there was no taste of sherry. The drinks were very expensive a pot of coffee for 2, which only gave us 2 and a half cups altogether, a lemonade and a pot of tea for one was nine pounds 70 pence which seemed very expensive. As there were no prices for drinks anywhere we just paid in and came away feeling hard done to. Won't be going there again. jacquie5 - 6 Jan 2008 19:51 |
