| The preceding review is for the George at Andover, not this pub at St Mary Bourne which is confusingly listed under Andover unlike the two other pubs in St Mary Bourne. Only two Badger beers available, the clip was turned round on the other when I visited. Food was tasty and reasonably priced, the large bar at the front has some age to it with a particularly well bored out timber beam where I sat. | Under new ownership, and it looks as though the pub has it's name back again! Still the after dark, (non-Nude) pole dancing bar in the front bar, however the back bar is now open all day, still a good line up of bands for the evening sessions. Good venue for the alternative/indy/metal crowd of Andover. Unfortunately they will not be able to compete on price having a Wetherspoons next door undercutting them by a pound on most pints.
