I live and work in Solihull. This is a great pub for a lunch time meal and quick pint. I've been to all the pubs in Solihull Town and usually go to O'Neills if not this place. This pub is great for the food (2 meals for 6.95) and beer Warsteiner (German beer). To my knowledge only 2 pubs in Solihull have Warsteiner on draught and its excellent beer. The staff at this pub are great. All in all, great pub in Solihull. drhitz - 9 Jul 2009 10:43 |

Unlike every other pub in Solihull, (packed with schoolkids), this one has been renovated and yet still maintains its earthy charm. You can actually talk to your mates and they will hear what you say!. The clientelle is mixed. Rare you will meet scumbags in here and besides the hard nosed gaffer wouldn't tolerate them. The food is superb, cheap, hot, plentiful and great value for money. So unless you want to go in to the town centre and pretend you can afford the prices, then go to the Redhouse, behave yourself and enjoy a great night out. Steve - 8 Oct 2004 13:35 |
a middle aged pub for middle aged people. food is good. staff are lovely. the kind of place you'd take your dad for a pint. James & Julie - 19 Aug 2004 16:15 |
